Lowell H. (Bud) Ashbach, Jr.

Bud graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1975. After graduation, he worked in the Washington State Insurance Commissioner’s Office.  Since leaving that office, his career has concentrated on representation of people who have either been injured or charged by the government with misconduct or crimes.   Bud has aggressively and effectively represented a wide variety of clients in many types of cases, including:

  1. murder and other major felonies
  2. misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors
  3. domestic violence
  4. DUI, reckless driving and other driving offenses

Brian C. Ashbach

Prior to entering the legal field, Brian was a business analyst for a major financial institution and was involved in power trading for a large energy corporation.  He then decided on a career where he could help people through stressful events in their lives.   He graduated with highest honors (summa cum laude) from Seattle University Law where he was a member of Law Review and winner of multiple awards.  His experience includes working as a public defender in Everett, successfully conducting several trials, investigating crime and accident scenes and representing clients in arbitration and mediation.

Brian is an active member in the Washington State Bar Association, Snohomish County Bar Association, King County Bar Association, National College for DUI Defense, Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Washington State Association for Justice
